This was made for a get well card but certainly would be very versatile and suitable for lots of occassion, whilst I have included the layered daisy this maks a frame for your stamping etc. The base card has a built in simple stand to display the card perfectly In my sample on of the layers has been embossed using a swirl embossing folder and my cuttlbug. but using a patterned or coloured card would be equally effective. Well did I enjoy making this or should I say making the cupcakes to go in it - well I had to make some to test it out to make sure they would fit and of course to take the piccy - Thats my excuse and I am sticking to it!! Cupcakes were made using an electric cupcake maker easy peasy.. N.B. Template is only suitable for cutting machines capable of cutting 12" x 12" (no GSD version) . Template available in my store and paperthreads store. This box takes 6 cupcakes using the inner or you don't used the inner you would maybe get 10-12 cupcakes. This would also make a great gift box lots of decorative possibilities.... Well here is my latest WIP - Tina put a link to some piccies of an amazing castle and when a friend saw it she wanted one for her daughters little girl for the nursery and asked if I would be able to do somthing along the same lines - so off I set and have been making a prototype SLOWLY - it isnt as fantastic as the original one but it is taking shape - might get it finished by christmas LOL! Started with picture of the original Walt Disney Cnderella Castle and have been putting my spin on it It is taking over the house though it is morphing along nicely COME BACK & see its progress.. If it turns out OK will put template in store but it wont be for the feint hearted and only probably for cutters that can cut 12x12 (sorry too big for CR and smaller cutting mats and would be even more fiddly thant it already is) Am I putting you all off it really is a LARGE model and still not finished growing -------------------------------------------------------------------...

Here is a lantern, inspired by victorian street lights, which has beeen designed for use with battery operated only "tealights or candle" It is inspired by the old fashioned street lights and would make a lovely addtion to your christmas decorations or indeed any occassion or just for everyday, The finshed lantern stands approx 12 inches and you will need 4 x A4 sheets of card.
